Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a production team, ensuring objectives are met and production processes run smoothly.

You will monitor performance, develop best practices, liaise with QC, collect data, report to management and drive ISO standards compliance.

The role requires a minimum degree in Engineering or Science, 5+ years in related field, strong leadership and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years working experience in related field.
• Good leadership, communication, problem solving, presentation, planning and organizing skills.
• Proficiency in computer, production system and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a production team to meet department objectives.
• Monitor production processes and optimize performance.
• Conduct analytical research and develop best practices for throughput and quality.
• Report data and write management reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015, ISO 45001 & ISO14001:2015.
• Manage resources, scheduling and safety initiatives.
