Job summary

LINERGY POWER LIMITED is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to support daily manufacturing operations, drive production efficiency, and strengthen shopfloor management on site in Malaysia.

You will lead resource planning, implement improvements, train the team, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate across functions to meet targets in a fast-paced lithium battery manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree or above is required; no specific major needed.
• Minimum 3 years of production management experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Experience in lithium battery, electronics, automotive, semiconductor, or similar large-scale manufacturing is advantageous.
• Strong communication, coordination, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good organizational, people management, and leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on, shopfloor‑oriented approach to daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and other resources to meet production targets for quality, quantity and delivery.
• Manage daily shopfloor operations, improve efficiency, and maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Optimize and implement internal processes and management systems.
• Lead root-cause analysis and develop containment actions and long-term improvements.
• Organize daily training, communications and team briefings to strengthen skills and capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, cost, safety and efficiency.
