Job Responsibilities

• To oversee production staffs and daily production activities, ensuring production meets targets and deadlines efficiently.
• To implement 5S standards, improve production line layout, and enhance efficiency through workflow optimization and human-machine collaboration.
• To lead daily production inspections, minor troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance while managing labor costs, scrap rates, and PPE consumption.
• To provide skills training to production staffs to ensure manufacturing quality and minimize defect rates.
• To work closely with teams in China and Malaysia, ensuring smooth communication of production instructions and material supply.
• To promote team leadership and work integration in the production department.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in Production Engineering & Management in Manufacturing sector.
• Ability to lead production team and set up production machineries.
