Job summary

Monks is seeking a Senior Production Designer to contribute to the technical execution and scaling of digital ads and assets for a global client. You will balance efficiency, speed, and precision to produce high-quality work across platforms.

You will collaborate with marketing and production teams, translate briefs into production workflows, ensure pixel-perfect outputs, and help evolve templates, style guides, and asset libraries. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Production Design or similar role in digital/advertising environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital production, asset adaptation, and advertising materials.
• Experience with master asset handover and final delivery processes.
• Solid understanding of typography, grids, layout, and pre-press standards.

Responsibilities

• Run technical execution, versioning, and rollout of design projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and production to meet brand guidelines.
• Execute master creatives across formats and improve design pipeline.
• Translate briefs into production workflows with clear steps.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution and high-quality outputs.
• Create and adapt interactive assets for social media and digital channels.
• Prepare print-ready files for POS in InDesign/Illustrator.
• Build templates, style guides, and asset libraries for consistency.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
