Job summary

Monks is seeking an Art Director to lead a client asset production team, elevating work across design, motion, digital, print, and AI-enabled disciplines. You’ll collaborate with the Creative Head of Studio and specialists to craft high-impact campaigns and adaptive content.

As a hands-on leader, you will guide craft, refine concepts, and push projects from ideation to final execution, ensuring brand consistency across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in art direction or multidisciplinary creative roles.
• Strong portfolio across brand campaigns, digital experiences, and integrated work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and contributing directly to production.
• Solid typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Experience adapting global creative for local audiences while keeping brand consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools to accelerate ideation and production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative execution of campaigns, adaptive content, and always-on work across channels and markets.
• Provide day-to-day creative direction with feedback across design, motion, digital, print, and emerging media.
• Partner with the Creative Head of Studio to translate brand ideas into standout executions.
• Work hands-on in Figma and AI tools to refine layouts and elevate craft.
