Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Production Designer or similar role in digital/advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; include Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital production, asset adaptation, and adverts.
• Experience from master asset handover to final delivery.
• Solid grounding in typography, grids, layout and pre-press standards.
• Excellent communicative and presentation skills for clients and teams.
• Thrives in fast-paced settings and adapts to changing needs.
• Experience with print-ready POS files in InDesign/Illustrator.
• Knowledge of social media specs and best practices for visuals.
• Interest in AI/automation evolution; supports junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution, versioning, and rollout of design projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and production to meet brand guidelines.
• Deliver master creatives across formats; propose improvements to workflows.
• Translate briefs into actionable production processes.
• Ensure pixel-perfect designs with high quality and attention to detail.
• Create and adapt interactive assets for social media and other channels.
• Prepare designs and precise setups for POS print media.
• Build templates, style guides, and asset libraries for consistency.
• Mentor junior designers with feedback and guidance.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritising to meet deadlines.
