Job summary

Monks is hiring a skilled production designer to advance digital asset and content design expertise. In this mid-level role, you’ll join a dedicated global team creating high-quality content and assets for product interfaces of one of the world's most recognizable brands.

You will design static visuals for varied channels, work with a global team of designers, and ensure consistent quality and brand alignment across ad formats, languages, and dimensions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience crafting digital ads and assets.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator; Sketch or Figma a bonus.
• Strong silhouetting and retouching skills are a plus.
• Organized file, layer, and folder management.
• Ability to work independently and take on larger tasks with light supervision.
• Contribute to multiple production stages from styles/layouts to language versioning.

Responsibilities

• Design static visuals for product interfaces, social media, and display ads.
• Collaborate with a global team of designers and art directors across time zones.
• Balance speed, style, and scale to produce high volumes of assets.
• Ensure pixel-perfection and collaborate with QA testers.
• Adhere to brand guidelines across formats, dimensions, and languages.
• Represent Monks from a design POV when coordinating with client-side art directors.
