Job summary

You will manage MPS updates, coordinate with production teams, and monitor performance indicators to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations. The role requires a degree in industrial engineering or related field, 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, and fluency in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, production control, or production supervision within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or ERP systems, with the ability to independently manage production planning, capacity planning, scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work overtime as required to support business and production needs.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly finished goods (F/G) inventory, work-in-process (WIP) inventory, Master Production Schedule (MPS), and production plans, while evaluating production loading, machine capacity, burn-in fixtures, and supporting plant capacity to ensure production readiness.
• Maintain and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and production loading on a bi-weekly basis, coordinating closely with production teams to optimize planning efficiency.
• Monitor weekly sales attainment, on-time delivery performance, fast delivery, inventory aging, shipment plans, customer purchase orders, hub and finished goods inventory, order cancellations, work order status, and new project progress to achieve business targets.
• Analyze daily production performance, including downtime, production input/output, and recovery plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Review daily material shortages, coordinate cross-functional communication, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support smooth operations across departments.
• Collaborate weekly with the PMM team to review customer forecasts and production requirements.
