Zusammenfassung

BTSE Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our enterprise product offerings across web and mobile. You will translate complex crypto, regulatory, and client requirements into clear PRDs and specifications, guiding cross-functional teams from discovery to launch.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable white-label solutions with strong adoption and client retention metrics.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in product management with 3+ years in B2B/enterprise.
• Crypto industry experience, preferably enterprise-grade products.
• Web and mobile shipping experience; knowledge of app store requirements.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong ability to draft PRDs, functional specs and technical requirements.
• Proven cross-functional communication with senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead B2B and white-label capabilities across web, iOS and Android.
• Own full product lifecycle and long-term enterprise roadmap.
• Set strategy and prioritize across platforms for parity and impact.
• Translate business, client, and regulatory needs into clear specs.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk in product design.
• Ship secure, UX-consistent releases via Scrum-based delivery.
• Turn client insights into prioritized opportunities and align stakeholders.
• Define and track success metrics like adoption and onboarding.
