Job summary

Reap is hiring a Product Manager for Payments to own a defined domain end-to-end, partner with engineering, compliance, and legal, and shape a data-driven roadmap. You will write precise specs, define success metrics, and collaborate with external partners and clients to align product direction.

You will actively use AI tooling to accelerate discovery, reporting, and strategic synthesis, while maintaining high quality and ownership across the Payments stack.

Qualifications

• Experience owning significant product domains independently in fintech, payments infrastructure, or B2B SaaS.
• Understanding of payments networks, compliance, and API-driven integration.
• Proven ability to define specs, success metrics, and drive data-backed decisions.
• Ability to read API specs and challenge engineering proposals.
• Active use of AI tools to enhance productivity and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined Payments domain end-to-end from problem definition to delivery.
• Work with engineering, compliance, and legal to drive product outcomes.
• Define success metrics and use data to steer direction.
