Job summary

Ant International invites an experienced Card Acquiring Product Manager to design and iterate core card acquiring products for Malaysia, leading architectural work and ensuring compliance with Visa/Mastercard/UnionPay. You will optimize payment success rates with data-driven and algorithmic techniques, and drive merchant onboarding improvements through better API docs and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in credit card acquiring product design.
• Proficiency in 3D Secure 2.0, Tokenization, and PCI-DSS compliance.
• Familiarity with ISO 8583 message standard is a plus.
• Experience working with card schemes (Visa/Mastercard/UnionPay) or acquiring banks preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Full-cycle experience in feature engineering and model deployment; ML techniques beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of standard card acquiring products for high availability and high success rates.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, risk control, algorithm, and other teams to deliver product requirements.
• Integrate new card schemes or acquiring channels, overseeing technical integration, sandbox testing, and certification.
• Drive optimization strategies for payment success, including routing, 3DS, and message formats based on data analysis.
