Role Purpose:

The Senior, Product Management executes the delivery of high quality products and features that meet market needs and company objectives. Achieve this by working closely with cross-functional team members to analyse market trends, defining product features, to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

In this role you will:

• Execute product strategy for multiple complex and high impact projects, ensuring that solutions are both functional, scalable, address customer problems and business goals.
• Collaborate with senior product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that product solutions are feasible, and aligned with technical constraints, leading to successful implementation.
• Present and advocate for proposed solutions to stakeholders by clearly articulating clear business rationale behind solutions, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Drive user feedback, research, and key metrics to gather insights and validate product performance, ensuring that solutions effectively meet user needs and business goals.
• Establish efficient execution processes and product documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple products, ensuring consistent team alignment.
• General Responsibilities: All employees are required to ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. All employees are expected to assist with tasks, projects, and other duties related to the role, as and when deemed necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; OR
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
