Setel is shaping the future of mobility in Malaysia, delivering a unified app to enhance fueling, parking, EV charging, and more across PETRONAS stations and partners. We seek an Executive, Product Management to drive roadmaps and translate user needs into impactful features.

You will collaborate with senior PMs, designers and engineers to ensure technical feasibility, conduct user research, and iterate based on feedback while upholding compliance and company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on overseeing a product from conception to launch.
• Proficient with product management principles.
• Proficient with Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; OR Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Role Purpose:

The Executive, Product Management supports the delivery of products and features that meet market needs and company objectives. Achieve this by collaborating with team members to create detailed product specifications, and managing the product roadmap to meet key milestones.

In this role you will:

• Support the product strategy by overseeing a product from conception to launch, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with senior product managers, product designers and engineers to ensure that product solutions are feasible and aligned with technical constraints, leading to successful implementation.
• Participate in product reviews and feedback sessions to iterate on product solutions based on input from peers and stakeholders, improving the final product.
• Assist in conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform product decisions for product improvements.
• General Responsibilities: All employees are required to ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. All employees are expected to assist with tasks, projects, and other duties related to the role, as and when deemed necessary.
