Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new product development projects from concept to production
• Collaborate with cross fuctional teams to define product assembly requirement, specification, costing, yield, manufacturability and handshake to production team
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product concepts
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any product defectes and failures
• Prepare detailed engineering report and ensure process documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• Establish new function on substrate technology and as subject matter, including understand vendor capability/ design rules, substrate supplier selection, provide technical support and expertise regarding substrate related issue
