Job summary

Analog Devices in Malaysia is seeking a Graduate Product/Test Engineer to support foundry operations and drive yield improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, raise ECNs, and suggest automation ideas to enhance production efficiency.

The role requires at least 1 year of related engineer experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin. A proactive, self-motivated mindset and collaborative spirit are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Support Foundries Management Engineers in daily routine tasks (e.g., Raise ECN, apply manual inking/SPINK).
• Highlight systematic issues and possible yield improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineers and related teams (Foundry Fabs/Test/Design/Quality) for yield improvement.
• Perform root cause analysis for unknown yield loss with FA team and propose automation solutions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Semiconductor Product Engineer or Test Engineer experience.

• Detail orientated with good written and fluent verbal communication skill by both English and Mandarin.
• Experience with AI, Datapower/PDF, ACE, EMA and Testers is an advantage.
