Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Malaysia seeks a Graduate Foundry Engineer to support daily activities and contribute to yield improvements. You will work with Foundry, FA and design teams to analyze issues, raise ECNs, and propose automation for routine tasks.

The role requires strong analytical skills, teamwork, and excellent English and Mandarin communication. Prior AI/testing tool experience is a plus in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support Foundries Management Engineers in daily tasks (e.g., raise ECN, manual inking/SPINK).
  • Highlight systemic issues and propose yield improvements.
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Foundry Fabs/Test/Design/Quality teams for yield optimization.
  • Work with FA team to perform root cause analysis on yield loss.
  • Propose automation solutions to improve routine tasks.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of Semiconductor Product Engineer or Test Engineer experience.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork and inter-personal skills.
  • Detail orientated with good written and fluent verbal communication skill by both English and Mandarin.
  • Experience with AI, Datapower/PDF, ACE, EMA and Testers is an advantage.
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
