Job summary

Centific in Malaysia is seeking a data analyst to support the PPG STCA team with daily production data analysis, ad hoc requests, and data-driven insights to support growth initiatives.

You will query, extract, and analyze telemetry and user signals, develop recurring reports and dashboards, and collaborate with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, Engineers across China and the US to drive rapid product iteration.

Responsibilities

• Support the PPG STCA team with daily production data analysis and ad hoc analytical requests.
• Query, extract, and analyze product telemetry and user signals to identify opportunities, trends, and potential issues.
• Provide data-driven insights to support Agent Growth, Vertical Skills, and related product initiatives.
• Investigate product performance, user behavior, feature adoption, and other key product metrics.
• Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making and rapid product iteration.
