• Experience with procurement processes, policies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Optimize departmental procurement processes across the lifecycle.
• Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Support supplier performance initiatives to drive value and continuous improvement.
• Review key procurement activities to ensure governance and controls.
• Collaborate with Internal Control, Audit, IT, Finance, Legal, and Treasury on compliance.
• Prepare project forecasts and payment lists for Treasury and support payment processing.
• Assist development and implementation of procurement systems to improve efficiency.
• Support training and capability development for the procurement team.
