Job summary

MST Facilities Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to lead supplier and subcontractor sourcing for IFM, M&E, HVAC and engineering services. You will work closely with Operations and Engineering teams to secure competitive terms and ensure timely delivery.

This hands-on procurement role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Diploma or Degree in a related field, and a strong commercial mindset to drive cost savings and vendor performance across multi-site

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant procurement/purchasing experience.
• Strong experience in supplier/subcontractor sourcing, commercial negotiation and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers, subcontractors and service providers for IFM, M&E, HVAC, building maintenance and engineering works.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, lead times, warranties, service rates and contractual conditions.
• Manage the full procurement cycle from requirement → sourcing → quotation → commercial evaluation → negotiation → PO → delivery/completion.
• Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance across cost, quality, delivery and service levels.
• Ensure procurement decisions balance cost, quality, delivery and operational needs.
