Job summary

MST Facilities Sdn Bhd is seeking a Facilities Project Engineer - HVAC/M&E to lead industrial and manufacturing facility projects across Penang. You will provide hands-on project engineering, HVAC/M&E technical support, and coordination with facilities managers, engineers, technicians and vendors.

The role combines project execution, system testing, commissioning and handover, with a focus on reliability, energy efficiency and safe operations. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Diploma in an engineering discipline with HVAC/M&E focus.
• Experience in project coordination, installation, testing and handover of systems.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor HVAC and M&E projects across Penang and other sites.
• Provide technical and operational support to site teams for HVAC, mechanical, electrical and utility systems.
• Coordinate equipment installation, testing, commissioning, system integration and handover.
• Review project requirements, drawings, quotations, schedules and technical specs.
• Monitor progress, quality, cost and schedule; ensure compliance with specs.
