Job summary

Lumileds seeks a strategic Process Engineering leader to guide the organization in delivering world-class manufacturing performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, yield, and capacity. You will lead engineering managers and professionals to drive robust process control, optimize yield, and implement continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in the managerial management capacity.
• Extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing with proven leadership of Process Engineering organizations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge on structured improvement and problem solving approach.
• Good organization, planning, and communication skills.
• Project management and ability to work with cross function teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Process Engineering strategy aligned with site and business objectives.
• Develop long term technology, capacity and capability roadmaps to support future business growth.
• Establish performance goals and operational KPIs across yield, cycle time, cost, OEE, delivery and productivity.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence through data-driven decision making, lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Partner with Site Leadership team to drive factory competitiveness and operational performance.
