Position Summary:
Manufacturing Engineer – Skilled engineer with deep expertise/interest in thin-film deposition technologies such as ALD and PVD. In this role, you will work on critical process optimization efforts, support new product introduction, and drive continuous improvement in deposition-related manufacturing operations.
As a team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, to develop robust, scalable deposition processes that meet performance, yield and cost targets. This is a hands‑on role that requires strong problem‑solving skills, data driven decision making, and deep technical knowledge of deposition systems and materials behaviour.
What You Will Do:
Develop, optimize, and sustain thin-film deposition processes for high performance products.
Analize process data and metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
Characterize thin films using metrology and materials analysis techniques (e.g, ellipsometry, XPS)
Document and maintain detailed process recipes, control plans and operating procedures.
Lead root cause investigations for yield, reliability or process stability issues.
Stay current with advances in deposition technologies and recommend relevant upgrades or cost saving.
What You Will Bring (RequiredQualifications):
Hands‑on experience in thin-film deposition, process optimization and troubleshooting.
Experience with film characterization techniques and statistical process control (SPC).
Excellent communication, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Bachelor's
Field of Study
Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Years of Experience (Minimum)
3 - 7 years
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing engineering, with significant expertise in deposition processes (optional)
