Wood Malaysia invites applications for a Senior Process Engineer to join the team in Kuala Lumpur. You will work on a major offshore redevelopment and asset life extension project, engaging brownfield modifications and asset integrity within the O&G sector.

This 12-month fixed-term contract starts December 2026 and is open to Malaysian citizens or permanent residents. You will bring strong process engineering expertise, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to safe, reliable project

Qualifications

• Legal working rights in Malaysia (citizen or PR).
• Chemical Engineering degree from a recognised institution.
• Proven senior process engineering experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with brownfield engineering, asset integrity and redevelopments is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deliver discipline engineering activities across mature offshore oil & gas facilities, focusing on brownfield engineering, asset integrity, redevelopment and life extension.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate engineering deliverables per project requirements, codes, standards and client specifications.
• Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, HazIDs, LOPAs and multidisciplinary engineering workshops.
• Identify technical risks, propose practical solutions, and support timely resolution of engineering issues.
