Job summary

EHH Food Industry Sdn. Bhd. is a growing Malaysian food manufacturer focused on quality, food safety and continuous improvement. The role centers on optimizing production, reducing waste and enhancing process efficiency within our noodle and food product lines.

You will analyse production data, support trials, and develop SOPs while collaborating across departments to drive Lean improvements and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, HALAL, MESTI, and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Process, Chemical, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in food manufacturing/FMCG is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP or food safety is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Improve production processes, efficiency and productivity.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste and process issues.
• Analyse production data, yield and process performance.
• Troubleshoot process problems and conduct root cause analysis.
• Support production trials, new processes and process validation.
• Develop and improve SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Work closely with relevant departments to implement process improvements.
• Support Lean, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement projects.
