AIM Solder (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement across our global manufacturing network.

You will apply lean manufacturing, lean Six Sigma, and project management tools to identify and implement process enhancements that raise quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. Reporting to the Corporate Process Engineer, you will document changes, lead audits, develop standard procedures, and coach teams in problem‑solving methods to ensure sustained

Qualifications

Experience with process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and their practical application.
Ability to coordinate and drive global process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the global continuous improvement program to maximize quality and productivity.
Ensure changes are documented and approved by headquarters.
Conduct internal audits across facilities to ensure process compliance.
Develop, update, and maintain standard manufacturing documentation.
Participate in 8D problem-solving reports and root-cause analysis.
Develop Manufacturing KPI reports and analyze performance.
Apply Lean manufacturing methods to improve quality, reliability, or cost efficiency.
Identify improvement opportunities, define objectives, and implement optimal solutions.
