Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree pursuit in a relevant engineering field and fresh graduates with engineering qualifications are welcome.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in process engineering or manufacturing processes preferred.
• Experience or interest in AI, data analytics, machine learning applications in manufacturing, and statistical process control (SPC).

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain process parameters to ensure product quality and yield.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Plan and execute DOE for process qualification and technology transfer.
• Collect and analyze in-line data to identify trends and improve process capability.
• Collaborate with process, equipment, quality and manufacturing teams to implement improvements.
