Job summary

Trio-Tech (M) Sdn Bhd seeks a Process Engineer to oversee equipment process engineering for existing and new products in a manufacturing setting. You will provide technical leadership on production/equipment technology and drive PM documentation and schedules under the Maintenance Supervisor, while mentoring junior engineers.

You will also support customer relations by ensuring clear communication on status, cost, and scheduling of service events, and provide troubleshooting for control systems

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience Level: 5–8 years.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working Conditions: Ability to work in various environments, including office and field settings.

Responsibilities

• Process engineering of equipment to meet the needs of existing and new products.
• Provide technical leadership on production/equipment technology.
• Create, implement and improve PM documents and schedules under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Provide technical guidance to drafting staff, mentoring and oversight of junior engineers.
• Ensure customer allegiance through excellence in repair and support of customers’ products.
• Maintain communication with customer to understand status, cost, and scheduling of service events.
• Provide instant troubleshooting/breakdown assistance for controls system for engine campus facility in Wuxi.
• Technical investigations of repetitive/intermittent faults.
• Implement projects – control system updating, installations, and commissioning.
• Provide technical support for CNC system, such as CNC programming and maintenance.
