Job summary

Altera is seeking a Business Operations Analyst in Penang to support pricing governance, channel operations and quoting support. You will partner with Sales, Finance, IT and Distribution to ensure accurate pricing, compliant processes and efficient operations that drive revenue growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of operations or pricing experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, or Model N CRM/ERP platforms.
• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pricing governance and commercial operations.
