Job summary

WORQ is seeking a Senior PR & Integrated Corporate Communications Executive to elevate WORQ’s brand narrative across national media, real estate, and tech outlets. You will drive social channels, content strategy, and executive storytelling to generate leads and grow the WORQ community.

You will manage earned media, craft compelling press materials, and coordinate multi-channel campaigns, events, and activations, acting as a brand ambassador across partner and tenant networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate communications, public relations, social media execution, or integrated marketing.
• Master-level writing skills across formal press releases, long-form LinkedIn articles, punchy social copy, and marketing collateral.
• Understanding of how PR, social media, and communications projects support brand equity and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead external communications initiatives to position WORQ as a premium authority in flexible workspaces and future of work.
• Write and distribute press releases, op-eds, announcements, and media kits for milestones and expansions.
• Engage journalists across property, business, and tech outlets and pitch leadership for commentary.
• Monitor media coverage, track brand mentions, and report PR performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Own day-to-day content strategy and channel growth across WORQ’s social platforms.
• Repurpose earned PR into platform-native social assets to maximize reach and credibility.
• Ideate and produce high-quality digital content, including video scripts and member spotlights, to drive inquiries to leads.
• Support campaigns and lifecycle email workflows via HubSpot; coordinate brand events and on-site activations.
