Job summary

PRecious Communications Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced PR professional to lead client accounts and drive integrated campaigns across earned, owned, and social channels. You will oversee media activations, events and governance, guiding junior staff and coordinating regional campaigns.

The role requires strong storytelling, strategic thinking and hands-on project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality client outcomes while maintaining budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years hands-on PR experience and integrated comms exposure.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and integrated campaigns across earned, owned, and social channels.
• Excellent storytelling translating complex or B2B topics into clear narratives.
• Strong project management and leadership skills; able to balance timelines and budgets.
• A genuine interest in developing talent and building a collaborative, high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned client accounts, ensuring delivery against objectives, scope, timelines, budgets and KPIs.
• Lead client and internal WIP meetings, setting priorities and allocating responsibilities.
• Oversee campaign execution across earned, owned and social channels for quality and consistency.
• Manage client events, launches and media activations from planning through execution.
• Monitor account budgets, resource utilisation and deliverables, addressing scope creep and risks.
• Oversee media monitoring, campaign evaluation and reporting, translating results into insights.
• Resolve day-to-day operational and campaign challenges, escalating as needed.
• Coordinate regional campaigns with market teams or hub lead role.
• Identify opportunities to use digital tools and AI to improve campaign execution and quality.
