Job summary

Phillip Capital Group is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis and Power Platform development in Malaysia. You will design, build, and enhance Microsoft 365 solutions, automate workflows with Power Automate, and create dashboards with Power BI, while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years as a Business Analyst or Solution Developer.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with workflow automation and digital transformation.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Design and develop Power Apps and automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate on SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and forms.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and drive continuous improvements.
