Job summary

Pentas Flora Management Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur invites a Business Process Engineer to drive the digitisation of internal processes using Microsoft Power Platform, delivering automation and measurable operational value. You will analyse AS-IS workflows, design TO-BE solutions and implement practical digital improvements.

We expect a minimum of 5 years' experience in business process analysis or transformation, hands-on Power Apps/Power Automate, and the ability to translate business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business process analysis, process improvement or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process discovery through interviews, workshops, observations and review of operational information; document AS-IS processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, manual work and data integrity issues; translate findings into requirements and improvements.
• Design TO-BE processes and define roles, decision points, controls and business rules.
• Apply BPM to create structured, standardised workflows and prepare process documentation.
• Translate TO-BE processes into digital solution designs using Power Platform components.
• Design, configure, build and improve business applications with Power Apps Canvas Apps and automations.
• Utilise SharePoint Online, Lists and 365 services for data capture, forms and collaboration.
• Facilitate requirements gathering with business and tech stakeholders; document requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop UAT scenarios and support deployment, rollout and training.
• Define and monitor process measures and post-implementation performance.
