Job summary
Honeywell in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks a Senior Solution Engineer to support growth of Power Automation, Energy Management & Storage solutions across APAC. You will combine deep technical expertise with customer engagement, working with sales teams, customers, partners and internal stakeholders to position end-to-end solutions across power generation controls, EMS, PMS and BESS.
The role involves developing go-to-market strategies, identifying opportunities, and acting as a technical advisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related discipline.
- 5–7+ years of experience in Power Management Systems (PMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market strategies for power automation and energy management solutions.
- Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue strategic opportunities across APAC.
- Act as a technical advisor and solution consultant for customers and industry partners.
- Provide expertise across power generation controls, PMS, EMS, BESS, microgrids, SCADA, and distributed energy resources.
