• Own the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1–3 support from simple to complex.
• Presents product strategies, roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads across Baker Hughes.
• Handles complex medium-term project processes with cross-functional input.
• Manages important client accounts with stakeholders on both client and internal sides.
