Job summary

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a Senior Associate, Business & Systems Support to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system enhancements. You will also support core system operations, run ad-hoc reporting, and perform data validation to ensure smooth day-to-day performance.

Responsibilities include leading UAT planning, coordinating with IT and vendors, and ensuring tests cover business needs while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 6 years' experience in business analysis or system support.
• Strong SQL knowledge (minimum 6 years).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Provide secondary support for system operations, including CRs, ad-hoc reporting, data validation, and issue investigation.
• Lead UAT planning, test scripts, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to translate needs into clear specs.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Support deployment activities and post-implementation validation.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment of requirements with business goals.
