Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and MS Office is essential.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for IT systems.
• Discuss with stakeholders to understand needs and translate into system requirements.
• Prepare test cases and perform UAT with documentation of results.
• Maintain effective communication with business users, IT teams and vendors.
• Support core system transformation including data migration and testing.
• Provide user guides and system training to stakeholders.
