CBS Consulting in Kuala Lumpur seeks a proactive Senior PMO Consultant to drive governance, controlling, and reporting across the organization. You will move beyond basic status tracking to derive meaningful insights from project data and present recommendations directly to senior management, including the Managing Director.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in PMO, and the ability to communicate findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of PMO, project controls, project coordination, or similar experience.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects or programs in PMO environment.
• Certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) are advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve PMO governance frameworks, templates, and SOPs across projects.
• Track timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate governance meetings, prep agendas and minutes.
• Manage RAID logs and ensure closure of actions.
• Support scheduling, resource allocation, and change control.
• Prepare high‑quality management reports and dashboards for MD and leadership.
• Present project status and insights to senior management and MD.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to collect accurate project data.
