Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of project or program management in high-tech environments.
• Or: proven track record of at least 2 years as a project manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from design/engineering to production.
• Translate customer requirements into roadmaps and execution plans.
• Align customer needs with technical feasibility and Neways’ goals.
• Establish the PMO structure for Neways Malaysia.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Production, Enginering, Quality, Procurement, and Business Development.
• Act as the single point of contact across internal stakeholders.
• Coach and guide multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage project financials: budget, forecast, reporting, and profitability.
• Oversee risks, issues, and change management using formal PM frameworks.
• Escalate critical blockers to protect project timelines.
• Engage government authorities to ensure compliance for new project development.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
