Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Malaysia seeks a Senior Project Manager (Banking) to lead project delivery for the Bank Malaysia portfolio, interfacing with business stakeholders, CRES, and external partners. You will drive governance, capital planning, and transformation initiatives while ensuring safety, budget, and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in civil, mechanical & electrical, architecture, facilities & engineering, quantity surveying or structural engineering.
• 5 years in building construction/engineering/interior fitting out works.
• Experience delivering projects across sizes/types; understanding the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance and lifecycle management across all phases.
• Monitor safety, quality, time and cost with weekly reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure EHS compliance and regulatory requirements on all sites.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the PM team.
