Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager for banking projects in Malaysia, leading delivery across the portfolio with primary interface to SC business stakeholders and external partners. The role emphasizes governance, safety, and budget adherence while driving workplace transformations and real estate outcomes.

You will oversee project lifecycle, coordinate with diverse teams, ensure compliance with EHS provisions, and report milestones and issues to senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, M&E, Architecture, facilities & engineering, QS or structural engineering.
• 5 years in building construction/engineering/interior fitting-out works.
• Experience delivering projects through all phases of a project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day-to-day project operations; develop targets, safety, quality, financial controls, and reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors; provide weekly safety, quality, time and cost reports.
• Attend meetings with clients and ensure minutes are issued within 48 hours; resolve technical issues and provide contingency solutions.
