Job summary

Capcon Consulting is seeking a Data Center Planning Engineer responsible for design, construction scheduling, and resource allocation on high-tech infrastructure projects in Johor Bahru. You will track timelines, manage risks, and coordinate across functions to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and strong project controls, with experience in large-scale technical construction and contractor collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling large-scale construction projects.
• Data Centre project exposure highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project controls.
• Ability to develop, monitor, and update project schedules.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Knowledge of critical path analysis and progress reporting.
• Mitigation: conduct delay analyses and establish recovery strategies.
• Tracking: monitor critical path milestones, site progress, and equipment vendor lead times.
• Scheduling: build and update integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
