Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related planning experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning team, ensure SOPs and work instructions are followed.
• Facilitate cross-functional processes with Materials, Production, Program Management and Finance.
• Support Demand Management and Planning for Capacity, S&OP, and inventory planning.
• Oversee master production schedule to optimize customer satisfaction and inventory turns.
• Develop successors and coach the team to realize potential and growth.
