China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Malaysia, seeks a Planning Engineer/Manager to support on-site projects and drive early-stage planning, including plan prep and approvals with owners and consultants.

You will lead planning engineers across projects, review daily outputs, and collaborate with the Chinese planning manager on interviews for new hires; assist with EOT processing and plan analysis.

Competenze

• More than 5 years of work experience in building construction.
• Proficient in critical path analysis using Primavera P6.

• Provide on-site planning support, develop plans, and liaise with owners and consultants for approvals.
• Oversee planning engineers, assess performance, and assist with interviews with the Chinese planning manager.
• Assist with EOT processing and verify accuracy of application materials.
• Comply with departmental arrangements across regions and countries.
• Maintain a monthly project delay log and collaborate on potential penalties with the contract manager.
• Perform other planning and management tasks as assigned.
