BizLink Technology (S.E.A) Sdn. Bhd. in Perai, Penang is seeking a Procurement Executive to support manufacturing and logistics operations. Based in Perai, this full-time role manages procurement to ensure timely, cost-effective material and service acquisitions.

You will coordinate with Sales, Production, and Warehouse, review POs, release work orders, monitor material shortages, and help optimize delivery dates while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or planning in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities; cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in SAP and data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Mandarin fluency preferred due to Mandarin-speaking stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Review customer Purchase Order and commit delivery date with Sales.
• Release Work Orders upon receiving Sales Order details.
• Provide Production Schedule to production teams.
• Update Material Shortage Report and coordinate material orders.
• Issue Material Issue Notes to Warehouse for production readiness.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and monitor WIP.
• Implement production planning to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Resolve issues from material issuance and minimize excess.
• Do not create work orders without a valid Sales Order.
• Do not accept customer pull-in if at full capacity or on hold.

About the role

As a Procurement Executive at BizLink Technology (S.E.A) Sdn. Bhd., you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's manufacturing and logistics operations. Based in Perai, Penang, this full-time position will involve managing the procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.

What you’ll be doing

• To be responsible in reviewing customer Purchase Order and commit Sales Department for the delivery date in Sales Order Detail.
• To be responsible in release Work Order upon receive Sales Order Detail from Sales Department.
• To be responsible provide Production Schedule to production.
• To be responsible in updating Material Shortage Report, advise quantity order request and work closely with Buyer for raw material delivery date.
• To be responsible in issuing Material Issue Note (MIN) to Warehouse for preparing material for Production.
• To ensure work orders are completed in a timely, accurate manner. Monitor materials fulfillment and WIP utilization.
• To be responsible in implementing production planning and monitoring production output in order to meet customers requirement and delivery date.
• To be responsible and solved any issue arising from issuance of raw material. The Material Control shall resolve any excess issue, investigate the reasons for excess issues and create systems to minimize recurrence.
• Authorized not to create work order if no Sales Order.
• Authorized to not accepted customer pull in if full capacity and on hold production line if receive notice ECN or Non-Conformance.

What we're looking for

• Proficient in using SAP and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related field
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaker
