Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Performance Tester to drive non-functional testing across NFT projects. You will coordinate requirements, design tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance readiness.

Reporting to the NFT Lead, you will implement testing strategies, analyze results, and provide actionable tuning recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in Performance Testing.
• Experience with LoadRunner and JMeter across Web, Web Services, and other protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate non-functional requirements collection with business and technical teams.
• Develop and execute performance tests using LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Analyze performance results and present recommendations to delivery teams.
• Monitor applications using Grafana, Splunk, and BMC TrueSight for bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Development and DevOps to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Schedule batch jobs from Control-M and AS/400/Mainframe environments.
