Responsibilities

• Lead online and offline marketing campaigns, from idea to execution
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing funnels to drive traffic, leads and sales
• Manage and grow our e-commerce channels, including Shopee and all other online marketplaces
• Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns, promotions, vouchers, product launches, and platform-specific marketing activities
• Monitor e-commerce sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign results to identify growth opportunities
• Plan and pitch brand collaborations with lifestyle, tech, or design partners
• Oversee content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
• Work with our creative team to build consistent branding and storytelling
• Monitor marketing performance, analyse data, and continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROI and overall results

We're now looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist based in Penang who can plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns, drive brand visibility, and help us grow revenue through strategic content and collaborations.
