Job summary

Capital A Berhad is seeking a Senior Manager, People Partner in Malaysia to serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership across multiple subsidiaries. You will translate business priorities into people strategies and implement consistent HR frameworks with the COE teams, balancing group-wide standards with local needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in an HR Business Partnering capacity.
• Proven track record of implementing HR frameworks, policies and programmes designed by centralised COE functions.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders (CEO level) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to leadership teams across assigned subsidiaries, translating business priorities into actionable people strategies.
• Partner with COE to implement consistent HR frameworks across the lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, career development, succession planning and offboarding.
• Design and drive organisation structures to support business strategy and growth, and support workforce planning and headcount management with leaders.
• Drive leadership capability, culture, succession planning and talent reviews across business units.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities and report on key people metrics to the Head of People.
