Job summary

AMD is hiring for a PCIe SubSystem verification role in Penang, Malaysia. You will work on industry-leading PCIe IP verification for dGPU, APU, servers, and game consoles, collaborating with global teams of architects, designers, and DV engineers.

The role requires a solid ASIC design verification background with 8+ years of experience, expertise in UVM/SystemVerilog/Verilog, and strong communication skills. Penang-based position with opportunities to shape advanced PCIe technology.

Qualifications

• Solid background with ASIC design verification flow and multiple ASIC tape-out experience (8+ years).
• Team leadership experience and expertise in testbench architecture.
• Strong knowledge of UVM, SystemVerilog, and Verilog is a must.
• PCIe background is preferred; other high-speed IO or SerDes PHY is a plus.
• Low power verification experience and formal verification knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update infrastructure and environment for IP-level design verification.
• Collaborate with Design and Architecture teams to develop new verification components.
• Define PCIe SS IP feature verification plans and ensure verification closure.
