Job summary

IOT Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented Debug Technician to join our technical operations. You will perform PCBA functional debugging at component and circuit levels in a hands-on environment.

You'll analyze power-up, boot, and LAN/WiFi/RF issues, conduct root cause analysis with schematics and datasheets, and replace faulty components. Collaborate with Test, Process, and Quality teams to reduce downtime and improve FPY.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to read schematics and PCB layouts.
• Minimum 2–5 years of PCBA debugging experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with measurement tools and debugging power/communication issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCBA functional debugging and troubleshooting at component and circuit levels.
• Support PCBA models currently in production.
• Analyze and troubleshoot power-up, reboot, hang, and boot failures.
• Investigate LAN/WiFi/RF throughput issues and UART/LINUX logs.
• Conduct root cause analysis using schematics and datasheets.
• Identify and replace faulty components (ICs, LDOs, MOSFETs, crystals, resistors, capacitors).
• Collaborate with Test, Process, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare debugging reports and feedback for corrective actions.
