Job summary

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp and the GrabForBusiness Partnerships team is expanding across the region. This role, Assistant Manager, will own the partnerships agenda end-to-end—from strategy and planning through execution—unlocking new client segments and GMV growth across Grab's B2B services, including Transport and Deliveries.

The role requires building a multi-year roadmap, driving data-driven business cases, and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships, BD, or GTM roles in tech platforms or SaaS.
• Track record closing large-scale partnerships with GMV or revenue impact.
• Experience with cross-regional partnerships and fast-cycle deals.
• Strong ability to develop end-to-end partnership strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year partnerships strategy and roadmap for Grab's B2B services.
• Build demand forecasts and pipeline plans translating strategy to commercial outcomes.
• Define go-to-market approaches for client needs and partner ecosystems.
• Manage full partnership lifecycle from sourcing to negotiation, launch and performance.
• Position Grab's multi-service value proposition to maximise client wallet share.
